Hi, I'm Liza.
Life & Leadership Coach. And someone who has been through a lot of the same things you're facing right now.
My Story
I've spent most of my adult life in rooms where the stakes were high and the expectations were higher.
I served in the Australian Army Psychology Corps. I spent over three decades working in leadership roles across the Not-for-profit sector and Australian Public Service — managing teams, navigating politics, supporting people through difficulty, and holding things together in high-pressure environments.
On paper, I looked like I had it sorted. In reality, I was also going through a divorce, raising children, supporting aging parents, and quietly wondering when it would be my turn to figure out what I actually wanted from life.
That's the gap no one talks about enough — the space between performing well and actually feeling okay.
Eventually, I stopped waiting for things to settle down and started doing the work. The mindset work. The identity work. The leadership work. And it changed everything — not because I found some magic answer, but because I finally had the tools and the framework to move forward with intention.
That's what I want to give you.
My Background

My Coaching Style
I'm warm and genuinely supportive, but I'm also direct. I won't tell you what you want to hear if it's not going to help you.
My approach is practical and grounded. We don't spend sessions just talking about feelings — we build strategies, work through real challenges, and develop tools you can actually use.
I believe in honest conversation, realistic self-assessment, and moving forward with intention rather than just hope.
I've sat across from people in some of the hardest moments of their professional and personal lives. I know how to hold that space — and I know how to help you move through it.
Why I Coach Women
Because I've watched smart, capable, experienced women shrink themselves in rooms where they belong. I've seen friends, women I admire, lose confidence in themselves mid-career and in midlife. And I've been one of them.
I coach women because I know what it costs to ignore yourself for too long. And I know what becomes possible when you stop.
