Hi, I’m Liza,
I’m a qualified teacher, life coach, and former senior leader in the Australian Federal Public Service, with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through change, complexity, and high-pressure environments. My career began in the Psychology Corps of the Australian Army, where I developed a deep appreciation for resilience, human behaviour, and mental wellbeing.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma of Education, and I bring together evidence-based understanding with real-world experience. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — helping them navigate transitions, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I’m a proud mum to one daughter and live on the beautiful Fraser Coast in Queensland, where you’ll often find me on the pickleball court, enjoying movement, connection, and a good laugh.
As a life coach, I offer a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach — supporting you to reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
If you’re feeling ready for change but unsure where to begin, I’d love to support you. You’re welcome to book a session or simply reach out for a conversation.
